Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristiano Domingues started the match with the kick off. Catarino Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Diogo Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Abreu in the 7th minute of play forced Figueiros FC's goalkeeper Diogo Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Leite made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Fernando Anjos sent off a good shot on target. If Bento Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Figueiros FC's zone, Bento Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Campos came out of the goal and Bento Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Abreu in the 31st minute of play forced Figueiros FC's goalkeeper Diogo Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Gustavo Assunção notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pedrosa FC's Hugo Leite. Hugo Leite was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the match, Figueiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Monteiro came free, but Diogo Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Cristiano Domingues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedrosa FC's Hugo Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Figueiros FC's Cristiano Domingues in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pedrosa FC's goalie prevented a goal. Catarino Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Diogo Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Catarino Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Figueiros FC's Diamantino Nascimento got a free kick in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Pedrosa FC's Catarino Abreu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diogo Campos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Catarino Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Campos having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Marco Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, Figueiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Catarino Abreu came free, but Diogo Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bento Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bento Fernandess short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Diogo Campos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Figueiros FC's Diogo Campos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Figueiros FC from getting a goal against them. Diogo Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Catarino Abreu in the 89th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Fernando Anjos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Leite was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Pedrosa FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
