Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Domingos Borba got the match started through his kick off. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pousa FC! After a defensive mix-up in Pousa FC's zone, Cristiano Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Costa came out of the goal and Cristiano Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Pousa FC's Cristóvão Paredes got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute, Domingos Borba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingos Borba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. José Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Domingos Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vítor Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Antunes in the 33rd minute of the match. Bernarda FC's Vítor Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Antunes in the 35th minute of play. Cristóvão Paredes's late challenge caught a Bernarda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristóvão Paredes helped the player get up and apologised. Cristiano Torres's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, José Costa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Francisco Mota shot the penalty kick right outside the post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Afonso Antunes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Borba in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Afonso Antunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. If Cristiano Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diogo Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pousa FC's Diogo Carvalho got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Cristiano Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Afonso Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The tension between the Bernarda FC and the Pousa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 84 minutes into the match, Pousa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Torres came free, but José Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Oliveira got free with Vítor Vale in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristiano Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Costa having to interfere. Afonso Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vítor Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Oliveira came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vítor Vale could save by the left post.
