The goalkeeper, Amadeu Sousa, was totally fooled by Travassinho FC's Henrique Coelho, who 51 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gil Leite made a kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the match, Travassinho FC's goalkeeper Viriato Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Santos. In the 100th match minute, Barrancosas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Viana to maneuver through the defense. Vítor Faria struck a weak shot in the 101st minute. Amadeu Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Travassinho FC.
