Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manuel Henriques kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Castro during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Rafael Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Manuel Morais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When David Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penedono's protests and gave David Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, David Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41stth minute of the game Manuel Morais who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Penedono's Cristiano Nascimento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Manuel Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penedono's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Penedono getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Rafael Mota hit a great ball. If Manuel Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Manuel Brito made the kick off in the second half. Manuel Morais could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Cristiano Nascimento made a huge save. Amílcar Viegas was slow to take the kick. During this time Penedono's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Amílcar Viegas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raul Torres quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Lucas Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bestida's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rafael Mota came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Penedono fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Mota couldn't finish the play. Bestida's Raul Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Mota in the 79th minute of play. If Manuel Morais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Henriques struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute.
