Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rafael Nogueira started the match with the kick off. Rafael Nogueira scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítor Santos in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vítor Costa saved SC Cidoi from getting behind. If António Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vítor Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gustavo Lima came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the SC Cidoi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Lima couldn't finish the play. SC Beliche's David Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Nogueira in the 25th minute of play. Vítor Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 30 played minutes SC Beliche got a freekick which was hit by Cândido Dias. If Rafael Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Beliche's Luís Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for SC Beliche. Sebastião Amorim stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vítor Costa. 1-1. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Cidoi's goalkeeper Vítor Costa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Rafael Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Amorim was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vítor Santos to make the kick off. Rafael Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. David Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, SC Beliche's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Domingues came free, but David Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Gustavo Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cidoi's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to SC Beliche getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jaime Ferro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Santos in the 80th minute of play forced SC Cidoi's goalkeeper Vítor Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Beliche's goalkeeper David Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 84th minute António Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vítor Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cidoi's zone, Manuel Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Costa came out of the goal and Manuel Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
