Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Humberto Lopes took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Humberto Lopes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Humberto Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Torno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Lopes couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Assis in the 17th minute of play forced Torno FC's goalkeeper Pedro Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Joaquim Assis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Piquete fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Torno FC's goalkeeper Pedro Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Torno FC's zone, Joaquim Assis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Santos came out of the goal and Joaquim Assis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Raul Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Piquete's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Torno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Assis came free, but Pedro Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SC Piquete's Carlos Andrade got control of the ball when Vítor Amaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Vítor Amaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Amaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, David Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to SC Piquete getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Tomás Carneiro hit a great ball. Humberto Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Andrade having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquim Assis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Piquete eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
