Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Odeseixe FC's Emanuel Magalhães started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emanuel Magalhães struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Gil Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odeseixe FC. Gil Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th match minute, Odeseixe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Odeseixe FC's Gil Lopes got his second yellow card of the match in the 10th minute. The referee ordered Gil Lopes off the ground. Tomás Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Cunha having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Amadeu Brás managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Sobrido's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeu Brás was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Martins got free with Afonso Cunha in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Afonso Cunha came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Sobrido's Tomás Martins. But to his dismay, Tomás Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some careless play in the SC Sobrido defense, Bernardo Tavares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gil Moreira. The SC Sobrido fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gil Moreira should have stopped the shot. In the 24th match minute, Odeseixe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Assunção to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Afonso Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tomás Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Afonso Cunha made a huge save. Bernardo Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Moreira having to interfere. SC Sobrido's Gil Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Tavares in the 45th minute of play. Gil Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Tavares in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Tomás Martins made the kick off in the second half. If Tomás Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58thth minute of the game Amadeu Brás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Odeseixe FC's Afonso Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the game, SC Sobrido's Tomás Martins nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afonso Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 66th minute, Cristiano Cruz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Odeseixe FC's Afonso Cunha didn't even have to move. If Tomás Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Odeseixe FC's Bernardo Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Tomás Martins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Tomás Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Cunha having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fábio Moniz in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonso Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Odeseixe FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Afonso Leite hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes, SC Sobrido's Gabriel Lopes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Afonso Cunha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Sobrido reached it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Sobrido fans cheered their team off the field, for while Odeseixe FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
