In the 14thth minute of the game Lucas Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Barbacena's Daniel Amaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Concelho FC booed when SC Barbacena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 played minutes, Concelho FC's Vasco Paredes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Amaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Concelho FC reached it. Concelho FC's Joaquim Coelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Concelho FC from getting a goal against them. If Armindo Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armindo Faros short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Joaquim Coelho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 28 played minutes Concelho FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Matias. If Bruno Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Lucas Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Daniel Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Concelho FC's Vasco Paredes got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A hard shot 60 in the game by Bruno Campos from a close distance when the talented Daniel Amaro managed to make a qualified save. SC Barbacena's players were relieved. In the 63rd minute Ricardo Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Amaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. In the 81st minute of the match Emílio Fonseca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Coelho skillfully saved the ball. Armindo Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Joaquim Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Concelho FC's Bruno Campos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Amaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Armindo Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute.
