Duarte Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afonso Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Leiria hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Carlos Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Albertino Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertino Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afonso Delgado in the 18th minute. Albertino Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Pacheco's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Laracha FC booed when SC Alecrineira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laracha FC's Vítor Nogueira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Albertino Carvalho but with some difficulty. 34 minutes into the game, Carlos Pacheco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laracha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Alecrineira the free kick. Carlos Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Laracha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Sousa came free, but Duarte Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duarte Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inácio Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Gonçalo Coelho hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The supporters of Laracha FC booed when SC Alecrineira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasco Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Albertino Carvalho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Albertino Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Pacheco in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Laracha FC's Afonso Delgado got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th match minute, SC Alecrineira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Pacheco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 played minutes SC Alecrineira got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Borba. Vasco Nunes charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasco Nunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Laracha FC. Vítor Nogueira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Albertino Carvalho. 2-0. With a little luck, Laracha FC's Duarte Miranda got control of the ball when Inácio Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afonso Delgado charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Delgado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Alecrineira booed when Laracha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laracha FC's Duarte Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Laracha FC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, SC Alecrineira's Bernardo Viana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. After having played for 91 minutes, Afonso Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laracha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonso Delgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SC Alecrineira's Albertino Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Pacheco in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Laracha FC's Afonso Delgado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albertino Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Laracha FC had won after a very even match.
