Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gil Brás got the match started through his kick off. Diogo Leal made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Teixeira in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Daniel Santos made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Pinto. Betunes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Miguel Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Albardeiros getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Júlio Castro hit a great ball. João Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Betunes FC booed when Albardeiros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasco Ferro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diogo Leal came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Betunes FC's Gil Brás. But to his dismay, Gil Brás quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vicente Anjos during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Betunes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Anjos to maneuver through the defense. If João Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Moreira to strike the kick off in the second half. Albardeiros's Miguel Moreira got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Paulo Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Anjos got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 60 played minutes Betunes FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Anjos. João Teixeira hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Miguel Moreira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Pinto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Paulo Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Albardeiros's Miguel Moreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Pinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Albardeiros's zone, João Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Leal came out of the goal and João Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, Albardeiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Amaral to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, one of Albardeiros:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Albardeiros. Rodrigo Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. João Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Diogo Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Betunes FC. In the 92nd minute Gil Brás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Paulo Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Daniel Santos came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Albardeiros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Santos couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Betunes FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Albardeiros had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
