Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. António Figueiredo started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, SC Pinhete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Gomes to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, SC Pinhete's Raul Vaz got control of the ball when Inácio Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 6th minute, Mariano Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inácio Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Raul Vaz made a huge save. Óscar Campos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Óscar Campos came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the SC Pinhete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Óscar Campos couldn't finish the play. If António Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Mourim FC's goal looked a bit too open when Óscar Campos came free, but Simão Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Óscar Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Porto having to interfere. When António Figueiredo came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the SC Pinhete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Figueiredo couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heitor Barros in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raul Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simão Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Óscar Campos in the 30th minute of the match. Heitor Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mourim FC's Inácio Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. António Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mourim FC's Simão Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Figueiredo in the 43rd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Heitor Barros was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pinhete's zone, Heitor Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raul Vaz came out of the goal and Heitor Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inácio Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Raul Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Óscar Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Porto having to interfere. António Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Simão Porto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Pinhete. Óscar Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Porto having to interfere. Simão Porto made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Óscar Campos sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Óscar Campos got free with Simão Porto in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Mourim FC's Cristiano Vale got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute of the match, António Figueiredo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Simão Porto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. António Figueiredo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 77th playminute. SC Pinhete's Raul Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Barros in the 80th minute of play. If Inácio Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Simão Porto managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when SC Pinhete's Óscar Campos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Raul Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inácio Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. SC Pinhete played a much better game than Mourim FC and deserved their victory. The Mourim FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
