Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Assumadas's Marco Maia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marco Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Reis having to interfere. Jorge Reis was a little too slow when Marco Maia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Assumadas's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Pinho came free, but Oliveira Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Totenique FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Lourenço Pinto hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipe Guerreiro got free with Jorge Reis in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Maia in the 19th minute of play. Marco Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jorge Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Assumadas's Oliveira Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Antunes in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Pinho in the 35th minute of play forced Assumadas's goalkeeper Oliveira Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Assumadas's Oliveira Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Antunes in the 38th minute of play. Filipe Guerreiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Jorge Reis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Assumadas's Ricardo Sá was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorge Reis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Oliveira Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodrigo Pinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amadeu Santos scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Artur Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliveira Sá made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Duarte Antunes sent off a good shot on target. Filipe Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jorge Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Maia succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. In the 69th minute of the match Sebastião Vieira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliveira Sá showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Assumadas's Oliveira Sá got control of the ball when Duarte Antunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Sá having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Assumadas's zone, Rodrigo Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliveira Sá came out of the goal and Rodrigo Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Artur Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Abel Barros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Reis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Assumadas's Filipe Guerreiro got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Assumadas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
