Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vítor Campos kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, SC Amoreiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Funcheira's Pedro Faro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 8th match minute, SC Amoreiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Melo to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Moura during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Raul Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34thth minute of the game Luís Miranda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Amoreiras's Hugo Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th match minute, SC Amoreiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Moura to maneuver through the defense. Vasco Domingues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Melo in the 39th minute. Afonso Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Hugo Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítor Campos in the 49th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Domingues saved Funcheira from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Funcheira's Pedro Faro got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute of the match Américo Santarém shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vasco Domingues showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Afonso Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afonso Bessa in the 67th minute. Luís Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Almeida having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, SC Amoreiras's goalkeeper Hugo Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Bessa. Afonso Bessa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Hugo Almeida made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Funcheira's Hugo Almeida threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luís Miranda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 85th minute, Joaquim Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Domingues having to interfere. SC Amoreiras's Alberto Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vasco Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Campos, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Afonso Bessa's late challenge caught a SC Amoreiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Bessa helped the player get up and apologised. Afonso Bessa hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
