Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Miranda started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Pedro Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Miranda in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Afonso Bessa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Delfim Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vasco Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Silva in the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Funcheira's Luís Miranda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Delfim Cruz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Funcheira got a freekick which was hit by Luís Miranda. After 20 played minutes SC Lisei got a freekick which was hit by Luís Silva. Emílio Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Delfim Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Lisei's António Mendes got a free kick in the 25th minute. Joaquim Moura took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vasco Domingues. Vasco Domingues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Joaquim Moura struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Vasco Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Lisei. 47 minutes into the game, Funcheira's Luís Miranda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfim Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luís Silva made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Luís Silva notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Funcheira's Vasco Domingues. Vasco Domingues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vasco Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Moura in the 63rd minute of play. SC Lisei's Delfim Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Miranda in the 66th minute of play. When Gustavo Viegas fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Lisei's protests and gave Gustavo Viegas a yellow card for diving instead. Gustavo Viegas kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Funcheira got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Branco. Viriato Sousa's late challenge caught a Funcheira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viriato Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th minute, Pedro Faro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Lisei's Delfim Cruz didn't even have to move. Afonso Bessa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Cruz having to interfere. After 88 minutes, Miguel Amaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Funcheira and the SC Lisei players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Funcheira's Miguel Amaro got a free kick in the 89th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Funcheira's Afonso Bessa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Delfim Cruz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute Funcheira were awarded a corner. Pedro Faro went to the cornerflag to take it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
