Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emílio Baptista started the match with the kick off. Vítor Moutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Borba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Vaqueira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Tavares came free, but Raul Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Sogueire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Aleixo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sogueire FC's António Trindade got a free kick in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso Assunção got free with Vítor Moutinho in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th match minute, Sogueire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Aleixo to maneuver through the defense. When Américo Borba came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Vaqueira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Américo Borba couldn't finish the play. Américo Borba received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vítor Moutinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Américo Borba slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute, Américo Borba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Afonso Assunção in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vítor Moutinho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pedro Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Vaqueira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Matias to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Américo Borba made the kick off in the second half. Vítor Moutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Borba in the 51st minute of play. Afonso Assunção blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Moutinho having to make a save. Pedro Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Figueiredo having to interfere. Pedro Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Raul Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, António Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Pedro Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emílio Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Vítor Moutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Assunção, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes of play, Sogueire FC's Pedro Tavares made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Figueiredo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Afonso Assunção took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vítor Moutinho. Vítor Moutinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vaqueira FC had won after a very even match.
