Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alfredo Oliveira made the kick off and thus started the match. Lúcio Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Marques having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lúcio Neto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adelino Marques was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Carlos Bessa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th match minute, SC Ludares was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Bessa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Oliveira's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Ludares's zone, Alfredo Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Bessa came out of the goal and Alfredo Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, SC Cerro's goalkeeper Adelino Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Tavares. After 25 minutes of play, SC Ludares's Rodrigo Tavares made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adelino Marques was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lúcio Mota hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Cerro's goalkeeper Adelino Marques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rodrigo Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Adelino Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Lúcio Neto made the kick off in the second half. SC Cerro's Hélder Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute Rodrigo Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelino Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, SC Cerro's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Tavares came free, but Adelino Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SC Ludares booed when SC Cerro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Lourenço Garcia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adelino Marques skillfully saved the ball. 63 minutes into the match, SC Cerro's Alfredo Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Bessa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, SC Ludares's goalkeeper Carlos Bessa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hélder Correia. Rodrigo Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. José Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Alfredo Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cerro's zone, Lúcio Neto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelino Marques came out of the goal and Lúcio Neto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Rodrigo Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Cerro's Adelino Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Tavares in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to SC Cerro getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Hélder Correia hit a great ball. Adelino Marques came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Ludares's Rodrigo Tavares. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Tavares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Adelino Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Neto in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Ludares had won after a very even match.
