Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sandro Reis made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, SC Ludares's Lúcio Neto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Trindade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rodrigo Tavares's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Humberto Trindade skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rui Borges hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Codeceiro FC's Humberto Trindade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Codeceiro FC from getting a goal against them. After 10th play minutes Lúcio Neto shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Humberto Trindade and just under the crossbar into goal. Sandro Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Carlos Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Leal hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes, José Leal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Ludares and the Codeceiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Ludares's José Leal got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Sandro Reis came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Codeceiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Reis couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Leiria in the 23rd minute of play forced SC Ludares's goalkeeper Carlos Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandro Reis took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Bessa. Carlos Bessa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Bernardo Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Humberto Trindade acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lourenço Garcia. After 29 played minutes SC Ludares got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio Mota. When Lúcio Neto came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SC Ludares fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Neto couldn't finish the play. André Leiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Carlos Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lúcio Neto to make the kick off. With his leg Carlos Bessa managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Codeceiro FC's André Leiria fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Nuno Freitas fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Ludares's protests and gave Nuno Freitas a yellow card for diving instead. SC Ludares's Carlos Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Reis in the 69th minute of play. Lúcio Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Trindade having to interfere. When Lúcio Neto came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the SC Ludares fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Neto couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Trindade having to interfere. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Lúcio Neto sped through Codeceiro FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Trindade. When Sandro Reis came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Codeceiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Reis couldn't finish the play. André Leirias short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Carlos Bessa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Codeceiro FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
