Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when André Jesus took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Cláudio Freitas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caloura FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Marim the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Caloura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Freitas to maneuver through the defense. Inácio Vaz's late challenge caught a Caloura FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inácio Vaz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Marim's Inácio Vaz got a free kick in the 6th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Xavier Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caloura FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Faro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Amílcar Ribeiro managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when SC Marim's André Mendes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulo Magalhães blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Moutinho having to make a save. In the 12th minute Paulo Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Moutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, Caloura FC's Xavier Faro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Moutinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th match minute, SC Marim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Gonçalo Nascimento, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gustavo Moutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caloura FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Moutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Moutinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SC Marim's Miguel Moutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Faro in the 27th minute of play. André Jesus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amílcar Ribeiro came out and tried to block the shot, but André Jesus slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 29th minute. André Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Óscar Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

56 minutes into the match, SC Marim's André Mendes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amílcar Ribeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amílcar Ribeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. If Xavier Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xavier Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Miguel Moutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xavier Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Moutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Faro in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Paulo Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, André Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Marim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 80 minutes into the match, Paulo Magalhães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Moutinho. SC Marim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Magalhães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, André Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Marim's supporters rose to their feet, but André Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílcar Ribeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiago Moreira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amílcar Ribeiro. Caloura FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Caloura FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing SC Marim to leave the ground with a draw.
