An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Soares in the 7th minute of play forced Roucio's goalkeeper André Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Carlos Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adoufe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Soares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Aguiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 minutes, Jacinto Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roucio and the Adoufe FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Adoufe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. With a left leg André Aguiar saved Roucio from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Adoufe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Magalhães came free, but Cláudio Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Soares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but André Aguiar made a huge save. Carlos Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Aguiar having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Roucio's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tiago Tavares fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carlos Soares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but André Aguiar made a huge save.
