After 24 minutes, Artur Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seixezello FC and the Maxiaes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Seixezello FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Artur Ramos hit a great ball. Nuno Gonçalves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Faria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Gonçalves was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Cabral in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Mendes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Francisco Cabral came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Maxiaes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Cabral couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Seixezello FC's goalkeeper José Mendes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Nascimento. When Gabriel Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Maxiaes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Seixezello FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Maxiaes FC had controlled the match.
