Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Casconho's Fernando Matos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Envendos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Moniz to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Fernando Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rui Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Fernando Matos rounded Envendos FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Rui Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Reis in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Envendos FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Artur Maia hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Jaime Freitas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Envendos FC's Rui Branco didn't even have to move. Fernando Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rui Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Envendos FC's Armando Freitas got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Envendos FC's goalkeeper Rui Branco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusébio Reis. Eusébio Reis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Rui Branco made a huge save. Rui Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Veiga having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Lourenço Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Maia, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. António Tavares was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Fernando Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Armando Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Envendos FC defense, Eusébio Reis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rui Branco. The Envendos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rui Branco should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lourenço Reis during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lourenço Reis hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Casconho's Armindo Torres got a free kick in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Envendos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Matos came free, but Rui Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Pinto struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Henrique Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Envendos FC. In the 80th minute, Envendos FC's António Tavares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henrique Veiga. Henrique Veiga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After a rather tough play, Casconho's Jaime Freitas got a free kick in the 88th minute. Envendos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
