Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Basílio Esteves kicked off to start the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Amadeu Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Calvelos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeu Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Daniel Trindade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albertino Nogueira. Nabais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Trindade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Basílio Esteves received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco Antunes came out and tried to block the shot, but Basílio Esteves slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 15th minute. Nabais's Albertino Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Ramos in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Alexandre Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Daniel Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, SC Calvelos's Daniel Trindade made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albertino Nogueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Trindade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeu Neves in the 41st minute of play forced Nabais's goalkeeper Albertino Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Antunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rui Gonçalves in the 46th minute.
After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Rui Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nabais's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Fernando Santarém fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Calvelos's protests and gave Fernando Santarém a yellow card for diving instead. Albertino Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albertino Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeu Neves in the 69th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Nabais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Moniz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeu Neves in the 71st minute of play forced Nabais's goalkeeper Albertino Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Amadeu Neves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albertino Nogueira. Marco Antunes came out of the goal and Basílio Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
