Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Simão Bessa got the match started through his kick off. 11 minutes into the match, Caparrosinha's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Bessa came free, but Luís Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Palames's Diogo Maia got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Caparrosinha's Vítor Luz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fábio Fernandes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Bessa in the 20th minute of play forced Caparrosinha's goalkeeper Luís Assis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Maia was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 56 played minutes SC Palames got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Maia. After 57 played minutes, Caparrosinha's Lourenço Pedroso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fábio Fernandes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caparrosinha reached it. In the 94th minute, one of SC Palames:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Palames. After 99 minutes of play SC Palames's Simão Bessa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 100 played minutes SC Palames got a freekick which was hit by Simão Bessa.
