Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristóvão Aleixo took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Campos in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Maia saved Gozende FC from getting behind. Daniel Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Paulo Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, António Amaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Magdalena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gozende FC the free kick. António Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Carlos Trindade didn't quite understand what happened when in the 9 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 12th minute, Cristóvão Aleixo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Magdalena's goalkeeper Tomás Valente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, SC Magdalena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Vieira to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Gozende FC's Paulo Maia got control of the ball when Álvaro Paredes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristóvão Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Gozende FC booed when SC Magdalena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliveira Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Vieira's late challenge caught a Gozende FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Vieira helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes SC Magdalena got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Vieira. Daniel Campos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Maia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Álvaro Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Paulo Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gozende FC's Gaspar Setúbal got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Campos in the 35th minute of play forced Gozende FC's goalkeeper Paulo Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Paulo Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristóvão Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Campos made the kick off in the second half. Sebastião Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Gozende FC's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Paredes came free, but Paulo Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Gozende FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Sebastião Fernandes hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, Gozende FC's Sebastião Fernandes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Valente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulo Maia came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by SC Magdalena's Daniel Campos. But to his dismay, Daniel Campos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Tomás Valente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Aleixo in the 95th minute of the match.
