When José Domingues fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Duque's protests and gave José Domingues a yellow card for diving instead. José Domingues hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Pedro Pires took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Dias. Gabriel Dias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. André Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Dias having to interfere.
