Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bruno Maia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Paulo Vaz came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Murtinheira's Pedro Machado. But to his dismay, Pedro Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pedro Maia didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Adelino Baptista came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedro Maia could save by the left post. Bruno Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sebastião Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Murtinheira's Bento Santos got a free kick in the 36th minute. Sebastião Fonseca's late challenge caught a Murtinheira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastião Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Telhado getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Sebastião Fonseca hit a great ball. Pedro Maia made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Sebastião Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. Filipe Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Maia having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adelino Baptista was the one to do the kick off. Paulo Vaz was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Bruno Maia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Maia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Pedro Maia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino Baptista's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Paulo Vaz was a little too slow when Bruno Maia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 64th minute, Filipe Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Pedro Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adelino Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute Sebastião Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Bruno Maia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Fonseca in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Murtinheira eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
