Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emanuel Nascimento made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Nascimento in the 5th minute of play forced Barbeitos's goalkeeper Artur Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emanuel Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Antunes came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Sirgueiros FC's Pedro Resende. But to his dismay, Pedro Resende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pedro Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Nascimento in the 19th minute of play forced Barbeitos's goalkeeper Artur Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Luz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filipe Tavares having to make a save. A hard shot 26 in the game by Paulo Moreira from a close distance when the talented Filipe Tavares managed to make a qualified save. Sirgueiros FC's players were relieved. Paulo Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eusébio Brás charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusébio Brás the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Eusébio Brás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Antunes having to interfere. After 37th play minutes Daniel Luz shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Filipe Tavares and just under the crossbar into goal. 42 minutes into the game, Daniel Luz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filipe Tavares. Daniel Luz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Luz to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Sirgueiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Diamantino Costa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 59 played minutes Barbeitos got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Moreira. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Resende got free with Artur Antunes in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filipe Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Luz in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Moreira in the 69th minute of play forced Sirgueiros FC's goalkeeper Filipe Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Raul Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Nascimento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artur Antunes came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuel Nascimento slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 82nd minute. Pedro Resende's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Antunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Sirgueiros FC's Filipe Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Moreira in the 90th minute of play. Barbeitos's Daniel Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Tavares having to interfere. After some careless play in the Sirgueiros FC defense, Paulo Moreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filipe Tavares. The Sirgueiros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filipe Tavares should have stopped the shot. Barbeitos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
