Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Samil FC's Jorge Nunes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Lucas Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bemposta's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mário Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucas Melo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. A collision led to Samil FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cristiano Cardoso hit a great ball. Fernando Correia hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Lucas Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Jorge Nunes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vítor Veiga. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Vítor Alves struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Mário Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bemposta. After some careless play in the Samil FC defense, Vítor Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mário Magalhães. The Samil FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mário Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Mário Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Rui Matos charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Matos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Vítor Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bemposta's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mário Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Lucas Melo made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Vítor Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bemposta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samil FC's Mário Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Melo in the 57th minute of play. Vítor Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Alves came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mário Magalhães could save by the left post. If Jorge Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Bemposta's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Cardoso came free, but Vítor Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 minutes of play Samil FC's Rui Matos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 74 played minutes Samil FC got a freekick which was hit by Rui Matos. Mário Magalhães came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Bemposta's Vítor Alves. But to his dismay, Vítor Alves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Álvaro Maia hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Barbosa during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Samil FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Bemposta a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Artur Aleixo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Samil FC's Mário Magalhães. 1-3. 93 minutes into the match, Samil FC's Cristiano Cardoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vítor Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Magalhães during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bemposta getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jorge Magalhães hit a great ball.
