Alexandre Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Dias having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rodeiro FC's zone, Álvaro Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Leite came out of the goal and Álvaro Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Álvaro Valente did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Júlio Leite 17 minutes into the match. Eusébio Baptista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Júlio Leite. Rodeiro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Rodeiro FC's goalkeeper Júlio Leite had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião Magalhães. Prime FC's Inácio Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Cruz in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Cruz in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inácio Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prime FC's Inácio Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Cruz in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Prime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Correia came free, but Inácio Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Baptista during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Prime FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty!

Sebastião Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Leite having to interfere. A collision led to Rodeiro FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Vicente Jesus hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Armando Valente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rodeiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prime FC the free kick. 62 minutes into the match, Prime FC's Álvaro Valente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio Leite narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Viriato Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Prime FC booed when Rodeiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodeiro FC's Júlio Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Valente in the 85th minute of play. Júlio Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Valente in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Viriato Correia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Inácio Dias. Viriato Correia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Júlio Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Álvaro Valente, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Prime FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rodeiro FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Rodeiro FC.
