Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomás Leão got the match started through his kick off. Cristiano Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Coelho having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, André Nunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buraca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seda FC the free kick. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Buraca FC! Alexandre Pereira shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 10th minute, Tomás Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Ribeiro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Seda FC's Jorge Correia got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Rui Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cristiano Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Tomás Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Buraca FC's Cristiano Ribeiro threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomás Leão, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Simão Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Matias in the 31st minute of the match. When Joaquim Torres fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buraca FC's protests and gave Joaquim Torres a yellow card for diving instead. Joaquim Torres hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Tomás Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Buraca FC's Emanuel Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Seda FC's zone, Henrique Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano Ribeiro came out of the goal and Henrique Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the match, Seda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Leão came free, but Cristiano Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Simão Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Coelho made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Cristiano Matias sent off a good shot on target. When Cristiano Matias came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Seda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Matias couldn't finish the play. Tomás Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Cristiano Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Rui Sousa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Simão Coelho, 1-1. A collision led to Seda FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rui Sousa hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, one of Buraca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Buraca FC. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Buraca FC's goalkeeper Simão Coelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristiano Matias's late challenge caught a Buraca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristiano Matias helped the player get up and apologised. Buraca FC's Emanuel Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
