Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Joel Pacheco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fernando Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Andrade in the 4th minute of the match. If Tiago Ferro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sérgio Andrade in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernando Oliveira made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when André Martins sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Coimbra's late challenge caught a SC Pipa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Coimbra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Joel Pacheco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Bagaco's Gonçalo Macedo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sérgio Andrade struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Fernando Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Bagaco. Sérgio Andrade was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. SC Bagaco's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Joel Pacheco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Trindade having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sérgio Andrade to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Alexandre Trindade successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tiago Ferro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Alexandre Trindade when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of SC Bagaco booed when SC Pipa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonçalo Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Oliveira having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Sérgio Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diogo Guarda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fernando Oliveira. SC Pipa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Tiago Ferro put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Alexandre Trindade. Sérgio Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, SC Pipa's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Andrade came free, but Fernando Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joel Pacheco came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the SC Pipa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Pacheco couldn't finish the play. Tiago Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Trindade having to interfere. After 97 minutes of play, SC Bagaco's Gonçalo Macedo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Oliveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Pipa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
