Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Pipa's Joel Pacheco got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Resouro FC's zone, Tiago Ferro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viriato Maia came out of the goal and Tiago Ferro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viriato Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Joel Pacheco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Maia having to interfere. Joel Pacheco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Viriato Maia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vicente Dantas hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Humberto Setúbal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Setúbal in the 19th minute of play. Fernando Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Neves in the 26th minute of the match. Diogo Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fernando Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Joel Pacheco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Viriato Maia. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Pacheco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viriato Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Pacheco in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viriato Maia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tiago Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Maia having to interfere. A hard shot 78 in the game by Diogo Neves from a close distance when the talented Fernando Oliveira managed to make a qualified save. SC Pipa's players were relieved. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
