Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Belver's João Silva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Belver's Henrique Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Brito in the 5th minute of play. Henrique Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Borges in the 10th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, João Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belver's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrique Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Silgueiros's Rui Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Silgueiros from getting a goal against them. João Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Ramos having to interfere. Henrique Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Borges in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Belver's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Borges came free, but Henrique Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Belver getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lucas Garcia hit a great ball. Silgueiros's Paulo Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Belver's goal looked a bit too open when António Brito came free, but Henrique Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. António Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When António Brito came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Silgueiros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Brito couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Silva in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulo Borges to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th play minute António Brito came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Henrique Campos. 1-1. Bento Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Henrique Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Miguel Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute, Joaquim Gueifão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belver's goalkeeper Henrique Campos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Silgueiros's Paulo Borges sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrique Campos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Armando Figueiredo charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Figueiredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 82 minutes into the game, Silgueiros's António Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrique Campos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. António Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Henrique Campos made a huge save. António Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Campos having to interfere. Paulo Borges was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Silgueiros's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 96th match minute, Belver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. Silgueiros's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
