Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when André Marques kicked off to start the match. Adolfo Resende made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viriato Campos in the 5th minute. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Rebelo's goalkeeper Adolfo Resende, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Viriato Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Marques in the 19th minute of play forced SC Rebelo's goalkeeper Adolfo Resende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Rebelo's zone, André Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Resende came out of the goal and André Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serrazes FC's Vasco Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Maia in the 23rd minute of play. Gaspar Maia struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Vasco Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Rebelo. Jorge Gueifão hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute of the match Miguel Paiva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vasco Fonseca skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Almeida in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Fonseca saved Serrazes FC from getting behind. If Alfredo Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vasco Fonseca came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Rebelo's Paulo Trindade. But to his dismay, Paulo Trindade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half SC Rebelo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Maia to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ricardo Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasco Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Viriato Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Adolfo Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SC Rebelo getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Alfredo Delgado hit a great ball. Adolfo Resende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Campos in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the SC Rebelo defense, André Marques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolfo Resende. The SC Rebelo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Resende should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, Viriato Campos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Resende was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Viriato Campos hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, one of Serrazes FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Vasco Fonseca, was totally fooled by SC Rebelo's Miguel Paiva, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Vasco Fonseca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Almeida in the 80th minute. Serrazes FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Gaspar Maia scored to the left of an out of position Vasco Fonseca, making the score, 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Marques in the 87th minute of play forced SC Rebelo's goalkeeper Adolfo Resende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes, Paulo Trindade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Rebelo and the Serrazes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes SC Rebelo got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Trindade. Serrazes FC's André Dantas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Rebelo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Maia in the 94th minute of play forced Serrazes FC's goalkeeper Vasco Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Rebelo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
