Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Heitor Bessa got the match started through his kick off. With his leg Jorge Lopes managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when SC Rebelo's Ricardo Almeida fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 8 minutes, António Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Monsarves's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ricardo Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When António Soares came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the SC Monsarves fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Soares couldn't finish the play. If Heitor Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Soares in the 25th minute of play forced SC Rebelo's goalkeeper Adolfo Resende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaspar Maia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jorge Lopes. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Soares in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Resende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Resende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heitor Bessa in the 35th minute of play. Paulo Trindade kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When SC Rebelo's Gaspar Maia in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Monsarves's goalie prevented a goal. Gaspar Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Gaspar Maia made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, SC Monsarves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Sá to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Ricardo Almeida left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Rebelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 60th minute, Paulo Trindade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Heitor Bessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Soares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes SC Rebelo got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Trindade. António Soares in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adolfo Resende, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Almeida in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Lopes saved SC Monsarves from getting behind. Gaspar Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Lopes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ricardo Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Rebelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adolfo Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heitor Bessa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. SC Rebelo's Adolfo Resende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save SC Rebelo from getting a goal against them. If Paulo Trindade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Maia hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Gaspar Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jorge Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Gaspar Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Rebelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
