Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rui Almeida started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, SC Bemlhevai's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Borba came free, but Fernando Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SC Bemlhevai getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. José Santos hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bemlhevai's zone, Ricardo Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Nascimento came out of the goal and Ricardo Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sandro Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. SC Ferrel's Sérgio Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Almeida in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Sandro Neto made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio Teixeira. SC Ferrel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 25th minute, Joaquim Borba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sandro Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Ricardo Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Ferrel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simão Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, SC Ferrel's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Almeida came free, but Sérgio Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes, Ricardo Correia made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Bemlhevai's Fernando Nascimento tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Borba to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Almeida in the 56th minute of play forced SC Ferrel's goalkeeper Sérgio Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henrique Pacheco during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, SC Ferrel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. Sandro Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Teixeira having to interfere. Joaquim Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Rui Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui Almeida's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. A collision led to SC Ferrel getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Basílio Maia hit a great ball. Rui Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Almeida struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Sérgio Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Bemlhevai.
