Álvaro Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Santos having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Teixeira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Armando Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farpado FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Tavares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th match minute, SC Valoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Costa to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Costa's late challenge caught a Farpado FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Costa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Valoes's Daniel Costa got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 34 minutes, Albertino Nogueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Farpado FC and the SC Valoes players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SC Valoes booed when Farpado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Valoes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Farpado FC for a fine match.
