Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Luz got the match started through his kick off. Cristóvão Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miguel Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Filipe Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Miguel Luz came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the SC Pontes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Luz couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute Joaquim Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavier Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Joaquim Luz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xavier Rodrigues was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. SC Paulos's Filipe Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save SC Paulos from getting a goal against them. Xavier Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Luz in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Mota got free with Filipe Torres in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Rafael Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Miguel Luz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rafael Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Rafael Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Luz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Filipe Torres when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 37 played minutes SC Paulos got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Magalhães. Rui Mota in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Filipe Torres, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Miguel Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Joaquim Luz made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute SC Paulos were awarded a corner. Américo Faro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Américo Faro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Pontes's Xavier Rodrigues did a great save. After some careless play in the SC Paulos defense, Miguel Luz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filipe Torres. The SC Paulos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filipe Torres should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, Miguel Luz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Pontes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. With a little luck, SC Pontes's Xavier Rodrigues got control of the ball when Cristóvão Correia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, SC Paulos's Joaquim Luz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavier Rodrigues narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xavier Rodrigues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristóvão Correia in the 75th minute. 80 minutes into the match, SC Pontes's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Luz came free, but Xavier Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in SC Paulos's zone, Rui Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Torres came out of the goal and Rui Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Pontes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
