Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sandro Martins got the match started through his kick off. When Joaquim Ferreira fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canidelo FC's protests and gave Joaquim Ferreira a yellow card for diving instead. Joaquim Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Manuel Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Sandro Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canidelo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Martins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Bacelar FC's Paulo Henriques got control of the ball when Tomás Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. A long shot from Alberto Morais in the 15th minute of play was well struck, but Paulo Henriques made a really good save at the right post. Bacelar FC's Paulo Henriques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Bacelar FC from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute Manuel Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Filipe Coimbra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bacelar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Coimbra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Leiria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Martins in the 27th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Tomás Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canidelo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Neto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Henriques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, one of Bacelar FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bacelar FC. The referee gave Canidelo FC a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alberto Morais, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bacelar FC's Paulo Henriques. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filipe Coimbra was the one to do the kick off. If Tomás Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, Bacelar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Martins came free, but Paulo Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Bacelar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Neto came free, but Paulo Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Neto in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Bacelar FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Manuel Andrade hit a great ball. Canidelo FC's Sandro Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Martins in the 90th minute of play. Filipe Coimbra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Joaquim Leiria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
