Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filipe Coimbra kicked off to start the match. When Joel Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Barracao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Aguiar couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Daniel Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Santos in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Henriques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Barracao's zone, Manuel Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Resende came out of the goal and Manuel Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barracao! The goalkeeper, Tiago Resende, was totally fooled by Bacelar FC's Afonso Domingues, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 24 minutes into the match, Barracao's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Coimbra came free, but Tiago Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Manuel Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tiago Resende was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Barracao booed when Bacelar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Matias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 minutes, Filipe Coimbra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bacelar FC and the Barracao players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Bacelar FC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Coimbra. If Joel Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Barracao booed when Bacelar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Matias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Adelino Melo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Henriques showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bacelar FC's Paulo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Leite in the 42nd minute of play. Pedro Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Santos made a kick off. Bacelar FC's Paulo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Santos in the 53rd minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Pedro Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Paulo Henriques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Bacelar FC's Paulo Henriques got control of the ball when Joel Aguiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Coimbra in the 73rd minute of play forced Barracao's goalkeeper Tiago Resende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Bacelar FC booed when Barracao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Manuel Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Manuel Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacelar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Coimbra in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Resende saved Barracao from getting behind. Paulo Henriques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Aguiar in the 82nd minute. 90 minutes into the match, Filipe Coimbra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiago Resende. Barracao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipe Coimbra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Joel Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Henriques having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Joel Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
