Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) André Matos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Ricardo Machado sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Simão Borba threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Ricardo Machado this time. Gustavo Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Borba having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Rapada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Anjos came free, but Diogo Setúbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Azevedo in the 14th minute of play forced Rapada FC's goalkeeper Diogo Setúbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Setúbal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Anjos went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gustavo Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Simão Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Fonseca took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simão Borba. Simão Borba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Simão Borba made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Gustavo Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. Mário Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Diogo Setúbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Anjos in the 39th minute of play forced Rapada FC's goalkeeper Diogo Setúbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes in the game, Gustavo Fonseca fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Simão Borba having to interfere. Diogo Setúbal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mário Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simão Borba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Matos in the 45th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Anjos to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Varges's Diogo Setúbal threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miguel Anjos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When André Machado fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rapada FC's protests and gave André Machado a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rapada FC's André Machado got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the Rapada FC defense, Mário Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diogo Setúbal. The Rapada FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diogo Setúbal should have stopped the shot. Mário Azevedos short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Diogo Setúbal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Miguel Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Diogo Setúbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mário Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Setúbal having to interfere. With a little luck, Rapada FC's Diogo Setúbal got control of the ball when Mário Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Gustavo Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Simão Borba. Varges's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 71st match minute, Varges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Abreu to maneuver through the defense. André Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Simão Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Varges's goalkeeper Simão Borba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miguel Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mário Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diogo Setúbal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mário Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Fonseca in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simão Borba saved Varges from getting behind. If Miguel Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Varges's zone, Gustavo Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Borba came out of the goal and Gustavo Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Rapada FC booed when Varges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Assis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Gustavo Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
