After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Rui Figueiredo charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of SC Eugaria booed when SC Assento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Assento.
