Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nuno Oliveira took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, SC Laceiras's Álvaro Delgado got control of the ball when Vítor Veiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Álvaro Delgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Veiga in the 13th minute. Rui Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Bessa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Martins in the 22nd minute of play. Basílio Pinto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Bessa having to make a save. In the 33rd minute of the match Américo Paredes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rui Bessa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 34 played minutes Cerdeira FC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Valente. Cerdeira FC's Rui Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Pinto in the 36th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Veiga got free with Álvaro Delgado in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 47 minutes Cerdeira FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Reis who took care of the corner kick. SC Laceiras's Daniel Reis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rui Bessa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

Cerdeira FC's Rui Bessa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cerdeira FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Cerdeira FC's Rafael Valente got a free kick in the 67th minute. Daniel Reis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Basílio Pinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rui Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vítor Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vítor Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Álvaro Delgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Laceiras's Carlos Miranda got a free kick in the 91st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Oliveira in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Álvaro Delgado saved SC Laceiras from getting behind. After 96 minutes, Carlos Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Laceiras and the Cerdeira FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Laceiras's Carlos Miranda got a free kick in the 96th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
