Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pala's António Cabral started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. André Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vieiros FC's André Neves got a free kick in the 3rd minute. José Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Coelho having to interfere. Luís Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If José Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st match minute, Pala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Cabral to maneuver through the defense. When Luís Leite came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Vieiros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Leite couldn't finish the play. Luís Leite might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albertino Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Leite ran back to his position shaking his head. Gabriel Paiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hélder Coelho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Faro in the 38th minute of play forced Pala's goalkeeper Albertino Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélder Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With a little luck, Vieiros FC's Hélder Coelho got control of the ball when José Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Vieiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Porto to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Albertino Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Leite to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Emanuel Faro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Albertino Cruz. In the 58thth minute of the game José Almeida who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vieiros FC's Hélder Coelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If António Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Cabral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hélder Coelho having to make a save. In the 68thth minute of the game Emanuel Faro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pala's Albertino Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Albertino Cruz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Faro in the 75th minute. José Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Emanuel Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vieiros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Faro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albertino Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. António Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Coelho having to interfere. Luís Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Albertino Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Gabriel Paiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vieiros FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
