Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Talhinhas's Amadeu Nascimento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Amadeu Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Antunes went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Pedro Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gonçalo Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, SC Talhinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Faro came free, but Gonçalo Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Freitas during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Vítor Assis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, SC Talhinhas's Cândido Nogueira got a free kick in the 30th minute. Fernando Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Vale having to interfere. Fernando Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Vale having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Pedro Antunes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pedro Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gonçalo Vale made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Faro made a kick off. Nuno Aleixo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Jorge Viegas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Pedro Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Vale came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Azinheira's Pedro Antunes. But to his dismay, Pedro Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 67th minute Amadeu Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Viegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Viegas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuno Aleixo in the 71st minute. After 72 played minutes Azinheira got a freekick which was hit by Rui Moutinho. After a defensive mix-up in Azinheira's zone, Amadeu Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Viegas came out of the goal and Amadeu Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gonçalo Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Faro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Amadeu Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the SC Talhinhas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeu Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Amadeu Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azinheira's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
