Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernando Faro got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Pedro Antunes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaime Cardoso. Agrochao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Antunes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pedro Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Cardoso having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Tomás Aleixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, Fernando Faro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jaime Cardoso. Fernando Faro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Pedro Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Jaime Cardoso made a huge save. If Pedro Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Agrochao's Jaime Cardoso got control of the ball when Pedro Antunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vítor Moutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Moutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Agrochao's Vítor Moutinho got a free kick in the 37th minute. Pedro Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jaime Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Agrochao's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Faro came free, but Jaime Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Viegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes Azinheira got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Queirós. Cristiano Alves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Viegas. Azinheira's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardo Nogueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Agrochao booed when Azinheira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Moutinho's late challenge caught a Agrochao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Moutinho helped the player get up and apologised. Rui Moutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 56 played minutes, Agrochao's Cristiano Alves shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jorge Viegas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Agrochao reached it. Pedro Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Cardoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Antunes's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. The audience was convinced that Fernando Faro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Cardoso was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After having played for 74 minutes, Pedro Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azinheira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaime Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Antunes in the 76th minute of the match. Jaime Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Faro in the 82nd minute of play. Amadeu Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jaime Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Azinheira's Pedro Antunes made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Cardoso was left in no man's land by his defense there!
