Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fernando Monteiro kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Fernando Guerreiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Nogueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fernando Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Nunes having to interfere. If Joaquim Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, SC Brinches's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Guerreiro came free, but Afonso Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Guerreiro in the 14th minute of play forced SC Brinches's goalkeeper Afonso Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Fernando Monteiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armindo Nunes. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. Joaquim Pinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Afonso Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Guerreiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. When Paranho's Fernando Guerreiro in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Brinches's goalie prevented a goal. Joaquim Pinto took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afonso Nogueira. Afonso Nogueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Fernando Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Paranho's Joaquim Pinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afonso Nogueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fernando Guerreiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Paranho's Armindo Nunes got control of the ball when Jaime Viana tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, SC Brinches's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Pinto came free, but Afonso Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquim Pinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. If Fernando Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Guerreiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernando Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Armindo Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Brinches's goalkeeper Afonso Nogueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Afonso Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Joaquim Pinto sent off a good shot on target. Fernando Guerreiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, SC Brinches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Nunes having to interfere. Jaime Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Armindo Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Marques hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Fernando Guerreiro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
