Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tiago Marques got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Almonda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Nunes to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Marques struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Alexandre Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Aloabideche. When António Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the SC Aloabideche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Fontes couldn't finish the play. Tiago Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Tiago Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Santarém. Almonda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiago Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tiago Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexandre Santarém showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Fontes in the 20th minute of the match. If António Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Nascimento hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Gonçalo Freitas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Rodrigues having to make a save. Alexandre Santarém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SC Aloabideche's Alexandre Henriques got a free kick in the 46th minute. The audience held their breath when Emanuel Andrade in the 48th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Abel Rodrigues's left hand side. The Almonda players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Aloabideche were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Mário Luz made the kick off in the second half. Tiago Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Alexandre Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Almonda's zone, António Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Santarém came out of the goal and António Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre Henriques kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A hard shot 75 in the game by António Fontes from a close distance when the talented Alexandre Santarém managed to make a qualified save. Almonda's players were relieved. SC Aloabideche's Abel Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Luz in the 76th minute of play. Abel Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Freitas in the 81st minute of play. If Mário Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Almonda's Emanuel Andrade couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Aloabideche. Abel Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. António Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
