Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armando Fontes started the match with the kick off. A hard shot 7 in the game by Américo Sousa from a close distance when the talented Daniel Gomes managed to make a qualified save. Alviobeira FC's players were relieved. Hélder Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Mário Ribeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alviobeira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Barroca the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Alviobeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. Albertino Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Eduardo Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Barroca's Albertino Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Brito in the 24th minute of play. If Diamantino Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, SC Barroca's Hélder Alves ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Gomes. Daniel Gomes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Diamantino Ferreira hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Filipe Teixeira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Gomes. Alviobeira FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Américo Sousa struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Daniel Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Barroca. Daniel Gomes made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Américo Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Armando Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Eduardo Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Albertino Santos made a huge save. Diamantino Ferreira's late challenge caught a SC Barroca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diamantino Ferreira helped the player get up and apologised. If Hélder Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Barroca's Hélder Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hélder Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 67 minutes, Eduardo Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alviobeira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Barroca's David Cabral got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Armando Fontes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Barroca's Albertino Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Alviobeira FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Armando Fontes hit a great ball. In the 75th match minute, Alviobeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Moutinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th match minute, Alviobeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Alviobeira FC defense, Hélder Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Gomes. The Alviobeira FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Gomes should have stopped the shot. Armando Fontes succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Hélder Alves took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Gomes. Daniel Gomes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Armando Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
