SC Fuseiros's Alexandre Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Valente in the 5th minute of play. Sérgio Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Delgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Eduardo Faria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Fuseiros's Alexandre Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexandre Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Fábio Valente came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Semideiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Valente couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Semideiro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Faria made a kick off. Sérgio Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Miranda in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Semideiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th match minute, SC Fuseiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasco Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of SC Fuseiros booed when Semideiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
